HARWEEL is currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive for ELV, Electronic Security Solutions Division. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business for ELV electronic security. The incumbent will ensure revenue growth. He/she will also be responsible for addition of new customers, complaint resolution and managing client’s expectations.
This role will focus specifically on LV, ELV and ICT related projects.
This role will form an integral part of their team by supporting for bid submissions, tender proposals for future projects.
Electrical Engineering Degree
Proven track record of tendering successfully for GCC based projects (ideally buildings orientated)
5 to 10 years’ experience of tendering / bidding experience, ideally on Mid Scale commercial, residential and industrial projects.
Must have LV, ELV and ICT related project experience
Ensure delivery of services to the clients as per their expectations and in accordance with the contractual obligations, thus contributing to the growth of the Company.
Improve and implement laid down policies, systems and procedures for smooth conduct of Sales and Implementations with the specific aim of providing high quality service to our clients across the country.
Responsible for the recurring business for Maintenance services for ESS division and will be tasked to grow the business in line with the aggressive targets to deliver year on year growth in both turnover and margin.
Develop short and long term business strategies for delivering the key objectives.
Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; invoicing projections; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Develop & Lead a multi cultural team of Sales personnel, engineers, technicians and helpers.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
