Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Supports the day-to-day operation of the Student Information Services (SIS) application and LMS
• Identifies, analyses and resolves problems, interacts effectively with users to solve problems and
advises on best practices for using the software system.
• Establishment, enforcement and maintenance of data entry standards.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and student information.
• Provides training and information to office staff and faculty
• May act as liaison between vendors with regard to system needs.
• Operate and maintain Student Information System and related software
