System Administrator – Elsewedy Education

• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Systems to ensure continuity of work improvement.
• Install, configure and test software and hardware for the IT infrastructure Systems.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Engage in planning and development activities in the Infrastructure systems to understand business requirements and technical capabilities / limitations.
• Collate data and business requirements into reporting systems to document users’ requests and facilitate the study of requirements feasibility.
• maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
• control access permissions and privileges.
• carry out capacity planning.
• communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure the systems integrity and security.
• Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
• Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, Skype for business, SCOM, SCCM, Visio and Citrix is desired.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Experience working in a union environment is preferred.
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
